Muse reached Canada about ten days after the U.S. launch. If you've just signed up from here, my code is J8WXG8. Put it in within two days of creating your account and you'll get the billion-token bonus.

When Muse came to Canada

Meta launched Muse in the United States on September 8, 2026. Canadian outlets, including Protégez-Vous and iPhone in Canada, report that it opened here on September 18.

According to iPhone in Canada, it climbed to number one on the Canadian App Store soon after. An iPad version followed in early October.

One thing worth knowing: you don't need an invite to get in. Mon Carnet made this point when the codes started circulating. Anyone can sign up. The code is just how you get the extra tokens.

Adding the code from a Canadian account

  1. Sign up at muse.ai/join, or grab the app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
  2. Once you're in, go to Settings, then General, then Redeem invite code.
  3. Enter J8WXG8. Muse should confirm right away.
  4. Check Settings, General, Usage. You should see an Additional tokens line with the billion in it.
If Muse says the code is full, it has reached its use limit. Ask someone you know who already uses Muse for their code. It's under Invite, top right of the chat screen.

Canadian questions

Do I need an invite to join Muse in Canada?

No. Mon Carnet pointed out that anyone can sign up directly on the official page. Invite codes are only there for the bonus tokens.

Is there a Muse app for iPad in Canada?

Yes. iPhone in Canada reported on October 7, 2026 that Muse is available on iPad. It needs iPadOS 18 or later.

Can I keep Muse separate from my Facebook?

Yes. Protégez-Vous notes that you can connect Muse to your Facebook, Instagram or Threads account, or use it with an account that has nothing to do with them.

Does my province's time zone change the 48 hours?

No. It's 48 hours from the moment your account was created. Halifax or Victoria, same window.

Is the Muse iPhone app in the Canadian App Store?

Yes. It's listed as Muse from Meta. IP Judge checked 26 App Store regions at the end of September and found it only in the Canadian and U.S. stores.
